Blessing of Emmaus Residence (Ruiru)

On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, the SDC members and candidates gathered at the Emmaus residence for its blessing ceremony. Emmaus is a residence, built by the SDC for its members and candidates, in the heart of the village of Ruiru. Fr. Nicholas Osuka OFM, Vice-Chaplain, celebrated Mass and blessed the building. He expressed his gratitude for the SDC’s efforts in constructing this residence, highlighting its role as an Evangelical witness in Ruiru. Following the blessing ceremony, the SDC members and candidates shared dinner together. Currently, two members and three candidates reside in this residence.
