Called to Hope

The Called to Hope event, organized by the Together for Europe movement, aims to unite Catholic, Protestant, and Orthodox Christian associations and movements. The goal is to foster greater unity among Christians by encouraging dialogue, discussion, and the sharing of their unique charisms. Carmel Farrugia and Steve Galea are representing the SDC at this event.
All activities are held in Seggauberg, Austria, in the presence of the Bishop of Graz. The culmination of the event will be the ecumenical walk in Graz.
By keeping Jesus Christ at the center and allowing him to draw every Christian to himself, the hope for the future remains the unification of all Christians as one flock led by the Shepherd. This theme also serves as preparation for the Jubilee of Hope 2025, which will be celebrated in Rome.
