Feast of St John the Baptist (Poznań)

On the 22 June, Saturday preceding the feast of St John the Baptist, an annual gathering of the SDC groups together with parents and families was held in the evening at the centre. The event started with a prayerful programme including a reflection delivered by the SDC Member Rainer Bezzina. A traditional bonfire in the parish gardens followed. Afterwards a grill (BBQ) was organized during which a slide feature about the activities of the SDC Centre in Poznań was presented. This was held in the presence of the outgoing parish priest Fr Wróbel, who at the end, delivered a short message of appreciation to all present.
