Paradiso 2024

For the third consecutive time the SDC Centre in Poznań took part in the annual Paradiso festival between the 2 and 6 July 2024, organized by the Archdiocese and the Oratorian Congregation at św Góra in Góstyn. Twelve young people from the SDC Centre attended this year’s event together with about 150 young people and their leaders. This year’s theme was Radujmy się – Let us Rejoice! It is very much similar to the Days in the Diocese of the World Youth Days – an integration of daily mass, and reconciliation, catechesis, workshops, singing, dancing, entertainment, sport events. The young people slept in their camps on site during the night. The climax was reached on Friday with an Adoration in a nearby church, including prayer, praise and singing by the host Jordan choir and orchestra. It was an opportunity for the SDC youths to be a witness to the Gospel in an atmosphere of joy and celebration. Thanks be to God!
