Visit by Mgr. Garcera,
Archbishop of Lipa,
to the SDC in Malta

Following a familiarisation visit to Lipa, the Philippines, by four SDC Members during July-August 2024, Mgr. Gilbert Garcera, Archbishop of Lipa, accompanied by Fr Jayson T. Siapco and Fr Luis Manuel Lucero, began a five-day visit to Malta on Thursday 31 October 2024. The aim of this visit is to further enhance the relationship between the archdiocese and the SDC. Over the next five days, the archbishop will have the opportunity to meet with the SDC administration, visit the General House and a number of Centres, and meet the Members who, God willing, will set up the new SDC Centre in Lipa in January 2025. Let us pray for the success of this visit and for the SDC to thrive in the Asian continent, continuing to realise the heartfelt desire of the Founder, St George Preca, for more people to love the Lord Jesus.
